Initial Fixed Fee Consultation with a Family Lawyer
We offer an initial fixed-fee interview for up to an hour.
We also offer fixed fees for undefended divorces.
We can also advise you on mediation, including what it involves, whether it is likely to help you, whether you have to participate. If appropriate, we can refer you to a suitable mediator.

Tariq is a highly respected legal professional and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx). With over two decades of experience in the legal field, Tariq has established himself as an expert in civil litigation and family law.

Having represented client’s and children at court, he regularly works on divorces, pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, deeds of trust, advises on issues of ownership of property and issues concerning the time children spend with each of their parents.
Prior to his career in the law profession, Tariq worked in the engineering and construction sector and particularly in the lift industry, so he has a unique background, and this enables him to have insight of his client’s professional background and business activities.
Throughout his career in the law profession, Tariq has been committed to providing exceptional legal services, use plain English, advocating for clients with diligence and integrity. He has also been actively involved in mentoring aspiring legal professionals and contributing to various legal education initiatives.
Outside of work, Tariq continues to play cricket and is an ECB qualified coach, a keen rugby union fan (sadly watching only these days), and tends to his six goats and daughter’s horse.
